Another day, another barbecue!

This time we were in the wilds of Glenlude Wilderness Estate where we met up with Gala Works for a day of brashing and barbecuing. A huge thank you to all staff and volunteers from TYA, Gala Works and Glenlude Estate for a great day of outdoor work, cooking and fun!

This time we were promoting the virtue of venison,  for it's health values, it's lower than beef carbon footprint and it's amzing flavour! We also barbecued curried mackerel and spare ribs with sausages, all from our favourite local butcher and fishmonger :) Amazingly we also ran out of sweet potato, rocket and almond salad, testament to the power of outdoor cooking and eating!
