We're off to Dynamic Earth and Callander Youth Hostel

As part of our JCCF funded "Small Steps Big Changes" project we are away for our first residential trip of 2016. This time we are taking a cohort of Primary 7's and S1's from our Innerleithen youth Club to learn about climate change and the need to act.

On Saturday 30th of January we will be leaving Innerleithen in the morning and heading to Callander for a day of fun and learning. Once again we will be joined by our environmental guru, Gary White who will talk about climate change, how our planet is changing and the simple things everyone can do to to make a difference. We will have dinner in Callander and explore the town before settling back in with some fun and games before bedtime.

The next day, we're off to Dynamic Earth to learn more about our planet, beofre heading back to bonny Innerleithen in the afternoon. We're really looking forward to what's going to be a brilliant weekend, fingers croosed for some sunshine!
