Bike workshop number one is up and running!
Thanks to funding from the Junior Challenge Climate fund our first bike workshop at The old Corn Exchange is up and running. Free bike maintenance classes start weekly on Wednesdays from 4.30-6 pm and our first bike riding skills session starts on Friday 10th of July from 3.3 until 5.
This is part of our carbon awareness raising project that aims to get young people on their bikes and less dependent on car use. We will shortly start giving re-furbished, mechanically sound bikes back into the community and creating show stopper rat bikes, complete with crazy rust themed frames, bling and lights to promote our project at community events.
